He provided the Rotarians of Lake Butler with his background and a few objectives for the City that he wants to accomplish. His interests include focusing on the city’s infrastructure and the attraction of new businesses to our City. Presently, David is the warehouse distribution manager for Horizon Global in Starke which deals with the distribution of trailer hitches and towing accessories for the Southeast. David is also the creator of the Lake Butler Community Page. The Lake Butler Community Page is a free service that Stegall has provided many entities for electronic publication of timely information.
